Hall Opticins Inverness can supply a wide range of produts to suit all eye care requirements.
Picking the perfect pair of glasses will immediately make you feel good. Our staff are fully trained to help you select the right frame, taking into concideration your prescription and eyecare needs as well as face shape and personal style. Prescriptions from a test done elsewhere are welcomed and are also eligible for all of our instore offers.
Spectacles & Lenses
If spectacles are requires, we have a large display of frames ranging from bacis to designer, titanium and stainless steel, rimless and plastic. Some of the materials are also hypoallergenic. We are also able to order frames in specifically for you , so if you have a colour or style in mind we can find you the ‘just right’ frame. Advice will be offered on different lens types including varifocals, bifocals, enhanced readers and anti-fatigues, with options from various brands including Lenstec and Essilor.
Options of coating and treatments will also be reccomended depending on your visual needs. Free spectacles can be provided when in reciept of eligible benefits. We can offer a re-glaze service of old frames if they are suitable and at the patiemts own risk. Please ask instore for more information on this.
Contact Lenses
New technology gives us vontact lenses that have never been so comfortable or affordable. So wether it’s daily or monthly disposables, multi focal or toric lenses, clinical bandage lenses or cosmetic ‘fun’ lenses, we are able to meet youe needs. Lenses can be purchased on a PAYG basis or my monthly standing order, with the option of them being posed to you.
Sunglasses
Sunglasses are not only a great way to protect your and yopur family’s eyes from the suns harmfull UV rays, they can also make a stylish fasion statement. At Hall Opticians you’re guarenteed to find a frame style to suit your tastes and a lens option to suit your lifestyle. With photochromic, polaroid and mirror finish lenses as well as standard tines available, there is something for everyone.
Kids Glasses
The NHS provide free eyeexams for all childres and will contribute towards the cost if spectaclea are required. This is the same for prescriptions issues by the hospital as well as in store. The NHS will cover the cost of repairs of the current set supplied by them, but you are welcome to purchace a private 2nd pair if required.
Safety Glasses/VDU eyewear
Wether it’s weekend DIY or if your employer requires you to have safety eyewear, we can recommend the best frame/lens option for your working envoironment. All safety eyewear comes with a certificate in accordance with H&S legislation. If there is a requirement for a VDU prescription, you may be entitled to help with the cost from your employer (NHS, Police, Council etc…). We can either accept eyecare vouchers or can invoice you employer if they offer this.
Sports Eyewear
Prescriotion swimming goggles, cycleing goggles and sports frames are available to order on request.
